- Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by VedicFlex
- For any other approved return reasons, shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer

- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
